
Are you looking for an opportunity to sell your handcrafted items? Apply to be a vendor at A Bedford Christmas on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You must submit pictures of handcrafted items to be approved as a vendor. Vendors must have a Tax ID in order to participate.
Important Information
- Booths cannot be selected until payment is made.
- Vendors must sell handcrafted items.
- Vendors must keep their items in their allotted space
- Each vendor will receive one six-foot table and two chairs.
- Booth cost $35 plus one silent auction item valued at least $30.
- All vendors MUST present proof of Tax ID with payment.
- Potential vendors should submit sample pictures of their items.
- Foundation will select vendors and notify them of acceptance.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from the Bedford Public Library Foundation with a decision.
